Block Pallets
These pallets, also known as “four-way” pallets, are constructed using blocks of wood that support the top deck and bottom deck boards. Block pallets comprise nine to twelve supporting blocks that form their foundation, offering excellent load-bearing capacity and durability. You can lift our range of block pallets using a forklift on any of the four sides, making them ideal for heavy or irregularly shaped loads.
Stringer Pallets
Stringer pallets are versatile pallets designed with vertical pieces of wood known as stringers that run the length of the pallet. These two-by-four board pallets provide support for the top and bottom deck boards, offering a simpler design compared to block pallets. Our stringer pallets are also available as heat treated pallets, ensuring compliance with international shipping standards.
Presswood Pallets
We manufacture these ultimate recycled and recyclable pallets using high-pressure molding techniques. We typically bond wood fibers, raw wood shavings, wood waste, sawdust, and wood chips together with adhesives. Both stackable and nestable, these pallets are lightweight yet durable, resistant to pests and moisture, and offer consistent dimensions suitable for international shipping and storage applications.
Double-Faced Pallets
Double-faced pallets feature two decks, one on the top and one on the bottom, providing additional stability and strength. These pallets can be reversible or non-reversible. Use reversible double-faced pallets with either side up, while non-reversible ones have a distinct top and bottom. Double-faced pallets can also be treated to become heat treated pallets, meeting ISPM 15 requirements for international transport.
Winged Pallets
Winged pallets have deck boards that extend beyond the stringers or blocks, creating a “wing” on either side. This design provides extra surface area and stability for loads that might overhang the edges of standard pallets.
